The Morris Graves Museum of Art is poised to host a delightful afternoon of ‘Wine and Jazz’. The gathering, scheduled for Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m., will take place at the museum located at 636 F St., Eureka. Jazz enthusiasts and wine connoisseurs are invited to enjoy the performances amidst the backdrop of the museum's aesthetic environment.
Admission Details
The museum welcomes guests with a suggested donation for admission: $5 for adults; $2 for students, seniors, as well as military personnel; while museum members, children under 18, and families with an EBT card and valid ID can partake in the event for free.
A Rich Array of Performances
The program features the talents of long-time Humboldt County performer Marla Joy and Db Geare, whose affection for Eureka inspired a move there six years ago from Los Angeles. Adding a unique musical flair to the event, a flute choir led by Jill Petricca, called "Flutey Flute Flute", will be performing. This assemblage of seven flutists will charm attendees with melodies from the Scottish Highlands along with contemporary pieces.
Enrich your Sunday with a fusion of fine wines, captivating jazz, and the enchanting harmonies of 'Flutey Flute Flute' at the Morris Graves Museum of Art.
