Spotlight Music Talent Show to Unveil Andalucia's Best Musical Acts

A new musical talent competition has been set in motion by the Marbella Town Hall and Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, targeting the discovery of the most promising musicians in the Andalucia region. This dynamic project, named the Spotlight Music Talent Show, is aimed at showcasing the skills of young, aspiring artists.

Competition Structure and Prizes

Alejandro González, the Youth Councillor, outlined the structure of the competition which begins with two audition days scheduled for April 5 and 6. Successful candidates will move forward to the semi-final on April 20, culminating in the grand finale on April 27, all taking place at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella. Participants aged between 16 to 35 are encouraged to engage in this exciting search for talent.

The victors of the competition can expect impressive rewards; the champion will secure a weekly performance slot at the hotel throughout the season. The first runner-up will have the chance to perform monthly, while the contestant in third place will also get to entertain guests once during the year. Judging will be held by a panel including representatives from the hotel, the town council, and a professional from the music industry. Aspiring entrants can register via the Youth website as the submission window is already open.

Ignacio Gómez, the director of Hard Rock Hotel Marbella, expressed gratitude towards the Town Hall for supporting the initiative that not only hunts for youthful music talent in Andalucia but also works towards their encouragement and promotion. He emphasized the significance of positioning Marbella as a hub of cultural vibrancy and talent recognition.
