Indulge Your Senses at the Chocolate Show

Chocolate lovers are in for a treat as the Chocolate Show will take place from January 26th to 28th. Organized in collaboration with Inspired Family Fun and Paradox Museum Limassol, the event promises a chocolate paradise with masterful demonstrations, family-friendly workshops, a chocolate market, and even an art exhibition dedicated to chocolate at the Trakasol Cultural Centre.

Music Events to Enthrall the Audience

In the realm of music, Paphos will host a captivating cello and piano recital at Technopolis 20, featuring Gergana Georgieva and Robertas Grod, who will enchant their audience with pieces by Schumann and Davydov on Friday evening. Meanwhile, a violin and piano recital by The Pharos Arts Foundation will kick off its 2024 season in Nicosia on the same night, showcasing remarkable pieces by Mozart, Debussy, Grieg, Bartók, and others, performed by acclaimed musicians Irmina Trynkos and Pavel Timofeyevsky.

Stage and Screen Performances

For theater enthusiasts, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tell Me On a Sunday will be presented by the Stage One Theatre Group in Paphos. This one-time English musical performance will occur Saturday night. On the same night, opera buffs can experience the live New York broadcast of the acclaimed Met opera Carmen at Limassol's Rialto Theatre. The weekend of performances in Limassol concludes with famed singer Alkinoos Ioannides delivering a modern twist to traditional Greek and Cypriot tunes on Sunday evening. Expanding the weekend’s musical offerings, the harmonious Plektó duet will blend music and light in a unique concert experience in Limassol.

Stand-up for Laughs

Closing out the weekend, Nicosia will lighten the mood with some humor as stand-up comedian Victor Patrascan, 'The Dirty Immigrant,' brings his controversial and engaging act to locals on Sunday, offering a humorous take on current social themes in a performance delivered in English.
