Dog Party Rocks The Crepe Place With Upcoming Tour Kickoff
SANTA CRUZ
Gwendolyn and Lucy Giles, the Sacramento sibling duo known as Dog Party, are revving up for a tour across California and Nevada this January. Starting their musical journey, these punk rock sisters are set to launch their tour with an energetic performance at The Crepe Place this Thursday.
Dog Party's Musical Evolution
Since their formation in 2007, Dog Party has evolved from teenage rock enthusiasts to a well-respected name in the punk scene. With six albums to their credit, their sound is a dynamic mix of classic punk vibrancy, '60s rock grit, and memorable melodies that nod to the likes of Patsy Cline. Their talent has not gone unnoticed, having opened for Green Day and been featured in a punk rock sequel film.
The Crepe Place Showcase
The night at The Crepe Place will also feature performances by The Snares, bringing their psych-rock energy, and the Santa Cruz duo Half Calf. It's an evening that promises a diverse range of punk and rock flavors, starting from 8 PM till late into the night, with tickets available at the door for $15.
