The music scene is about to get electrifying as New Orleans prepares for its iconic Jazz & Heritage Festival in 2024. Big names such as Chris Stapleton, the Foo Fighters, and Queen Latifah are billed to share the stage with rock legends The Rolling Stones. The festival, a staple of music and culture, will take place across two event-packed weekends starting April 25 and wrapping up on May 5.

A Diverse Lineup of Stars

Other acclaimed artists set to perform include Hozier, The Killers, and Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals. Fans of R&B and soul can look forward to the likes of Bonnie Raitt, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many more. With a special tribute planned for the late Jimmy Buffett, the festival is poised to be a vibrant celebration of musical legacy and contemporary sounds.

A Special Day for Locals

The festival has introduced a notable change this year by moving the traditional 'Locals Thursday' to accommodate The Rolling Stones' performance on May 2. Now, Louisiana residents can enjoy the festival's inauguration day, April 25, with specially priced $50 tickets.

Celebrating Colombian Culture

The Jazz Fest isn't just about the music; it also serves as a cultural rendezvous. This year's Cultural Exchange Pavilion will shine a spotlight on Colombian heritage. Attendees will experience a feast for the senses with 17 bands playing mesmerizing Colombian music, alongside artists and vendors showcasing the nation's cultural arts and cuisine.
