A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Athelaston Mayers, shared a glimpse into their life during an encounter with fans in Paris where he revealed, "She's working on it," in reference to Rihanna's upcoming ninth album, tentatively nicknamed R9 by followers.

Rihanna has been channeling her time into nurturing her beauty and fashion lines under the Fenty brand as well as raising her family with A$AP Rocky. Together since 2020, the couple welcomed their first child, son RZA, in May 2022 and in August 2023, their family grew with the arrival of their second son, Riot Rose.

Despite the hiatus from albums, Rihanna has not been entirely absent from the music scene.
