OC Fair 2025: Start Making Sense and Queen Nation Coming to The Hangar

The OC Fair is gearing up for its much-anticipated summer return, which will feature an impressive lineup of concerts at The Hangar in Costa Mesa.

Located at the OC Fair & Event Center, The Hangar will host live music performances every evening during the fair's run from July 18 to August 17. Concert-goers can enjoy same-day admission to the OC Fair with their concert tickets.

Music enthusiasts will be treated to a selection of tribute bands that will play classic hits, evoking the essence of some of the most legendary artists.

On Saturday, July 19, Start Making Sense, a tribute band honoring the Talking Heads, will kick off the concert series. Following them, Queen Nation, a tribute to the iconic band Queen, will perform on Wednesday, August 6, and Thursday, August 7.

Ticket prices for Start Making Sense range from $22.50 to $32.50, while tickets for Queen Nation are between $22.50 and $50. Each ticket includes access to the OC Fair on the same day. A presale will start at 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 16, and general ticket sales will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 18, at pacamp.com.

The concert series will open with 24K Magic, a tribute to Bruno Mars, on Friday, July 18. This vibrant performance is expected to set a lively tone for the rest of the summer series. The lineup at The Hangar promises to feature a mix of timeless classics and contemporary hits, making it a delightful experience for all attendees during the OC Fair.

For those interested in original performances, the Pacific Amphitheatre will showcase artists like ABBA LA and Bee Gees Gold on July 19, as well as Melissa Etheridge and Indigo Girls on August 9, followed by Taylor Nation with Bad Guy Billie on August 16. Additionally, beer enthusiasts can participate in Brew Hee Haw beer tastings at the Action Sports Arena on July 18 and 19.
