Seaway Winds Concert Band's Christmas Performance

SEAWAY WINDS CONCERT BAND will hold their traditional annual Christmas concert titled "A Seaway Christmas" at St-Felix De Valois Catholic Church, located at 620 Glengarry Blvd. The concert is scheduled for Sunday, December 3, at 2:30 pm and promises to fill the air with both classic and contemporary holiday tunes, under the direction of Barb Hunter. Tickets can be obtained from band members or at the church the day of the concert, with pricing set at $20 for adults, $10 for students with ID, and complimentary entry for children under 10 attended by an adult.

Jingle Bell Bake Sale and More

The GLENGARRY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL AUXILIARY JINGLE BELL BAKE SALE will feature a range of baked goods, convenient homemade meals, and preserves. This delightful sale commences on Friday, December 1, from 10 am to 2 pm at Fraternité Hall. Visitors can also explore the Christmas-themed gift shop and participate in a 50/50 draw.

Weekend Markets and Craft Shows

The DUNVEGAN CHRISTMAS MARKET is set to welcome visitors on Saturday, December 2, between 10 am and 4 pm at the Glengarry Pioneer Museum. The following event, the OPTIMIST OF CORNWALL CHRISTMAS WINTER CRAFT SHOW, will showcase over 20 tables of handcrafted Christmas gifts and decorations. This free event also offers refreshments at the canteen and takes place on December 2 from 10 am to 4 pm at 301 Sunnyside.

Christmas Parade and Musical Events

The ANNUAL SANTA CLAUS PARADE will wind through Lancaster starting at St Joseph Church and finishing at Smithfield Park on December 2 at 2 pm. This year's theme is "Musical Christmas" with plenty of activities for children post-parade, including meeting Santa Claus. Additionally, the TRI-COUNTY COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION invites everyone for an afternoon of jamming and dancing, followed by a meal, at the South Stormont Township Hall in Long Sault on December 2.

Evening Entertainment and Breakfast Club

Music enthusiasts can attend the ADVENT EVENTIDE, an evening of Celtic music at St. Andrew’s United Church, Martintown, on December 3 at 7 pm. The GLENGARRY CELTIC MUSIC HALL OF FAME also joins the festive atmosphere with a Christmas Ceilidh, promising an experience filled with music, hot cider, punch, and holiday treats. Fund collected will be donated to Hospice Cornwall. Not to be forgotten, the ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION offers Fish and Chips every Friday, and the CORNWALL TOWNSHIP LIONS CLUB hosts a weekly breakfast every Sunday.
