Arizona Western College Community Band to Perform at Grand Serenades Concert

On the upcoming Monday, the Arizona Western College (AWC) Community Band is set to enchant music lovers with its Grand Serenades concert. This event highlights the ensemble's diverse range of musical talents, consisting of a dynamic group of students, dedicated volunteers, and engaged community members who come together to share their passion for music.

A Night of Musical Diversity

Slated for 7 p.m. at the Shoeing Conference Center located on AWC's Yuma campus, the concert promises an evening of varied musical styles. Under the direction of Dr. Shawn Pollard, AWC's esteemed Professor of Instrumental Music and Band Director, the performance will kick off with a captivating medley of tunes dubbed 'instant concert,' before marching towards its conclusion with a traditional piece.
