Zach Bryan Swears at Crowd After Object Thrown at Him for Second Time
In a frustrating incident for country singer Zach Bryan, an audience member threw an object at him while he was performing, marking the second time this has happened within a week.
During a show at the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon, the 28-year-old artist paused his performance after what appeared to be a can struck him in the leg. This event occurred on November 27 while he was singing his 2023 hit, "Tourniquet." In footage that surfaced on social media, Bryan was visibly upset, stopping mid-song to confront the crowd.
"All right, who threw it?" he demanded, before adding, "Let’s not be d—s, huh? Throwing stuff at concerts?" After making his point, he tossed the object back into the audience.
This incident follows a similar occurrence just days before at the Tacoma Dome in Washington, where another object hit his guitarist. During that concert, Bryan addressed the crowd in a similar manner, asking, "Who threw this?" and insisting on concert etiquette by saying, "Don’t throw s— at concerts, huh?" He also encouraged the audience to report the offender, stating, "If you guys do know who threw it, we can get them out of here."
Aside from these backstage hurdles, Zach Bryan has also been in the news lately due to personal matters. He recently announced his breakup with podcaster Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia on Instagram after dating for a year. Bryan expressed his respect and admiration for LaPaglia, stating, "She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time, and for that, I’ll always thank her."
In her response, LaPaglia claimed she felt "blindsided" by the breakup announcement and mentioned she needed some time away from social media to heal.
