Guidelines for Refunds for Today’s Canceled Dua Lipa Concert
Jakarta - PK Entertainment is prepared to fulfill its commitment to refund ticket holders for the Dua Lipa concert, which was scheduled for today, Saturday (November 9, 2024), but was canceled due to security and logistical reasons. Here is the guideline for obtaining refunds for the canceled Dua Lipa concert.
According to PK Entertainment, the refund request process will take place from November 11 to November 30, 2024. The refund form can be downloaded from www.dualipainjakarta.com.
"Please fill out all necessary details on the refund request form available from www.dualipainjakarta.com between November 11 and November 30, 2024," PK Entertainment stated.
PK Entertainment advises attendees who own tickets to provide accurate information to facilitate the refund process.
"Filling in the invoice number/code and the email of the ticket holder must match the information used when purchasing the tickets. The name and bank account number should also be consistent. If any information is inaccurate, the refund cannot be processed," the promoter explained.
"Errors or failures in transactions caused by incorrect data provided by ticket buyers, whether in the form of invoice codes/numbers, email addresses, or bank account details, are not the responsibility of the promoter or the artist's management," they added.
They also urge the public and ticket holders to submit their refund requests before November 30, 2024.
"Refunds for tickets will be transferred only to the bank account registered at the time of the refund request, within 14 working days, no later than December 20, 2024. The wait time for refunds via credit card may vary depending on the credit card provider's bank," the statement continued.
Previously, Dua Lipa's concert titled Dua Lipa Radical Optimism Tour 2024 in Jakarta, which was scheduled to take place at Indonesia Arena Stadium in Senayan, Jakarta, was canceled.
The concert was canceled due to the stage construction not meeting safety standards. PK Entertainment has provided guidance for obtaining refunds for the canceled Dua Lipa concert.
