As part of Daytona Beach Navy Week celebrations, Read-Patillo Elementary School had a special treat: a performance by the Navy Band Southeast's rock group, Pride. The event featured talented musicians showcasing their skills, much to the delight of students and staff. Musician 2nd Class Jorge Cabrera strummed the guitar, Musician 3rd Class Bernadette Rocks took the lead with her vocals, and Musician 1st Class Leeland Rothrock added the smooth sounds of the tenor saxophone.
