Torremolinos Gears Up for the XII Ruta del Rock Experience

Bars and eateries in Torremolinos looking to join in the rock celebration can now sign up for the XII Ruta del Rock. Registration is open at the General Register of the Torremolinos Town Hall Events Delegation, inviting local establishments to be part of this dynamic musical journey.

Music Galore on the Rock Route

The Ruta del Rock is famed for bringing a variety of performances to the bars and venues across Torremolinos. From February 9 to 17, the municipality will be buzzing with the sounds of pop, rock, soul, jazz, and more. Live shows are set for February 9, 10, 16, and 17 from 7pm to 11pm, and on February 11 and 18 from 5pm to 9pm.

Open Participation for Venues

Any venue with a permit for food and drink can join and host concerts. Performances can be set up indoors or outdoors, provided they respect the neighboring spaces. This is a unique chance for venues without music licenses to host live performances, offering a stage for musicians in areas where live music is often scarce.

Perks and Promotion

To encourage local talent, organizing teams will supply small stages or promotional event T-shirts to the participating venues. Local bands, defined as those with at least half of their members based in Torremolinos, are particularly promoted during this event.
