Nine Inch Nails to Headline Kia Forum in September

Published January 22, 2025

After a three-year hiatus from live performances, Nine Inch Nails is set to return with a new tour that will take them across Europe and North America. This much-anticipated Peel It Back Tour will begin in Ireland and include stops in various countries such as the UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Spain, and Austria.

The tour will ultimately culminate with a performance at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, on Thursday, September 18. This concert marks the band's first headlining tour in three years, making it a significant event for fans.

Tickets for the tour will be available for purchase starting Wednesday, January 29, at noon through their official website, nin.com.

Nine Inch Nails was created in 1989 by Trent Reznor, who is the band's frontman, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Over the years, the band has had several breaks between albums, with Reznor remaining the only permanent member. In 2016, he collaborated with Atticus Ross, a long-time friend and producer. Together, they have accomplished much, including being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.

Beyond their work with Nine Inch Nails, Reznor and Ross have made a name for themselves in the film industry by composing scores for various movies. They received an Academy Award for Best Original Score for The Social Network in 2010, a Grammy Award for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo in 2013, and a Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score for Challengers.

In 2022, during the D23 fan event in Anaheim, Disney announced that Nine Inch Nails would be producing the score for the upcoming film Tron: Ares. This project represents the band's first score that will feature original songs since their last albums were released in 2020.
