The concert is slated for Friday, March 8 at the Strathcona County Museum and Archives, and fans are already rushing to secure their tickets.

End of Season Celebration with Mallory Chipman

Mallory Chipman, having recently returned from a 12-stop tour in Japan, is set to enchant the RavenWood Music Club audience with her unique blend of folk-rock, jazz, and rock n' roll. Her performance at the club is not just a show; it's an intimate gathering where music and storytelling create a living room atmosphere, making it a magical experience for attendees. Chipman's music reflects her diverse influences, including artists like Hozier, Florence and the Machine, and Joni Mitchell, and her lyrics are inspired by the world around her, from natural landscapes to the myriad experiences of life.

More Than Music at the RavenWood Club

Attendees at the March 8 concert will not only enjoy Mallory Chipman's heartfelt performance but will also be treated to a special offer: a 10% discount on tickets for the upcoming RavenWood Music Festival. This summer's festival features notable acts such as Carter and the Capitals, The Royal Foundry, and The Steven Page Trio. Highlight of the festival, Steven Page of Barenaked Ladies fame, has even committed to playing an extended two-hour set for the event.

Tickets for Mallory Chipman's show are priced at $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Refreshments including wine, beer, and snacks will be available for purchase, making for a cosy and sociable concert experience. With the music club's season coming to a close, the organizers are already looking forward to continuing the momentum with future events and fostering a community of music lovers.
