KBS has officially unveiled the full list of artists and details about its broadcast schedule for the upcoming 2023 Music Bank Global Festival, setting the stage for an exciting musical celebration to end the year.

Replacing the KBS Song Festival

This year marks a departure from tradition as KBS opts to replace its usual KBS Song Festival with the expansive 2023 Music Bank Global Festival that will take place across Japan and Korea. The intention is to bring a grander and more inclusive event to fans all over the globe.

Concert Stages and Air Dates

Fans can mark their calendars for December 15, when both the Korean and Japanese performances will be aired together, creating a seamless year-end special. The South Korea part of the event, which will go live on air, features popular MCs Rowoon and IVE's Jang Won Young, alongside a host of top K-pop groups and artists including aespa, MAMAMOO's Hwasa, NCT 127, and many others.

On the flip side, the Japan-based segment, although pre-recorded in Saitama on December 9, will present its own star-studded lineup. With Rowoon, Go Min Si, and Lee Young Ji hosting, performers will include ATEEZ, ITZY, SHINee, and many more illustrious acts.

Marking the event's climax, the grand broadcast on December 15 at 8:30 p.m. KST will showcase back-to-back performances, with fans having the unique experience of watching both Korean and Japanese stages in one epic evening.

Excitement Builds Up

While anticipation builds for this vast end-of-year festival, KBS also encourages fans to relive the delightful performances from the previous year's KBS Song Festival.
