Pattaya City Launches Youth Oratory and Music Talent Initiative for 2024

The bustling seaside city of Pattaya is abuzz with anticipation for the upcoming annual event dedicated to cultivating the abilities of its younger population. Organized by the Department of Children and Youth Activities under the Education Office, Pattaya City is proud to announce its 2024 initiative designed to nurture and promote the skills of children and youth in oratory and music.

Empowering Youth Through Artistic Expression

With a focus on personal growth and artistic development, this project provides a distinct platform for young individuals to exhibit their talents. The aim is to not only to encourage skill development and innovative thinking in the realm of music, but also to ensure meaningful engagement of the youth during their free time.

A Showcase of Young Talent

The event is segmented into two major competitions: the Pattaya Music Contest – Oratory Competition and the Pattaya Music Contest – Youth Music Band Competition. The first, an oratory contest, will take place over February 17-18 at the Royal Garden Plaza, featuring a seated concert format and open for registration until February 9th. Following close on its heels, the band competition is scheduled for February 24-25, divided into Junior High School and Senior High School levels, with applications accepted until February 16th.
