Golden Globes 2025: Complete Nominations List (Updating Live)
On December 9, 2024, at 5:00 AM, the nominees for the 2025 Golden Globe Awards were announced by Mindy Kaling and Morris Chestnut. This announcement took place live from the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
The 82nd Golden Globes will be broadcasted on CBS and available for streaming on Paramount+ on January 5, starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT. Comedian Nikki Glaser will host the event.
This year's awards show is significant as it marks the second Golden Globes since the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) was disbanded due to accusations of discrimination and misconduct within its ranks. In 2023, Penske Media Eldridge acquired the rights to the Golden Globes, which then found a new home on CBS. The updated voting process now includes over 300 journalists and critics, many of whom are based outside the United States, compared to the under 100 L.A.-based journalists that were previously involved. Most of the older voters still have the opportunity to participate and are compensated for their involvement.
