Another wildfire relief benefit show is set to take place in Los Angeles, this time at the Hollywood Palladium.
The G*VE A (bleep) LA event is scheduled for February 5 and will be hosted by actor and comedian John C. Reilly. The lineup features an impressive roster of artists and comedians, including Hayley Williams, St. Vincent, Finneas, Fred Armisen, Courtney Barnett, Jenny Lewis, Juliette Lewis, Kevin Morby, Lucy Dacus, MUNA, Perfume Genius, Phantom Planet, Reggie Watts, Rostam & Sasami, Scout Willis, and The Linda Lindas, among others.
Tickets for this event are now available at Livenation.com, with all venue and ticketing service fees being waived. Fans can purchase general admission floor tickets or VIP packages that include balcony seating and access to the official afterparty featuring Rico Nasty and Dylan Brady. All proceeds from the ticket sales will go to support charities like Altadena Girls, Friends in Deed, One Voice, and the Pasadena Humane Society.
For those unable to attend in person, the show will be live-streamed by Veeps, starting at 5 p.m. with a minimum donation of $5 at veeps.events.
The benefit concert will also host a plant-based food drive in collaboration with Support + Feed. Attendees are encouraged to bring plant-based canned goods to donate, with collection bins placed at all entry points of the venue.
This charitable initiative, G*VE A (bleep) LA, is made possible with assistance from various partners, including UTA, Fly South Music Group, Grandstand Media, Sister Midnight, Live Nation, Hollywood Palladium, and Ticketmaster, among others.
This concert adds to a series of philanthropic efforts in the wake of the wildfires that have struck Los Angeles. Earlier, the FireAid benefit concert scheduled for January 30 will feature stars like Billie Eilish, Joni Mitchell, Green Day, and others, taking place at the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California.
The wildfires that ignited on January 7 have wreaked havoc in Los Angeles due to dry conditions and strong winds, resulting in massive destruction. Over 150,000 residents have been forced to evacuate, with nearly 30 fatalities reported and many individuals still unaccounted for.
