As the week wraps up, West Seattle offers a variety of exciting activities and events for its residents and visitors. Kicking off the weekend festivities, there's something for everyone, from tasting fine wines to lively music gigs across the neighborhood. Northwest Wine Academy Experience

For those interested in exploring the rich flavors of local wines, the Northwest Wine Academy is open to visitors from 1-6 pm at South Seattle College, inviting guests to indulge in a tantalizing afternoon.

Beginnings of Girl Scout Cookie Season

The much-anticipated Girl Scout Cookie season begins with booths opening today. Twelve locations throughout West Seattle will host these booths, offering delectable treats from 2 pm to as late as 8 pm.

Free Toddler Fun

For the little ones, a Free Toddler Gym is available from 3-5 pm at the Salvation Army Center, ensuring an enjoyable time for toddlers and their parents alike.

Viscon Cellars' Tasting

Viscon Cellars opens its tasting room/wine bar from 5-9 pm, with options to savor a glass or purchase a bottle of their exquisite wines.

Brittany Davis at Easy Street

Music enthusiasts will be treated to a live performance and record-release party by Brittany Davis at Easy Street Records at 7 pm. This event is free and open to all ages, providing an exciting way to kick off the weekend.

Sweet Melodies and Poetry

Fauntleroy Church will host an evening of music and poetry accompanied by dessert starting at 7 pm. A $10 suggested donation is appreciated, with children welcomed at no cost.

Acoustic Echoes at C & P Coffee

The Circle of Songs brings its acoustic resonance to C & P Coffee from 7-9 pm. All ages are invited to enjoy the performance with no cover charge.

Spotlight on Live Artists at The Spot

The Spot West Seattle is setting the stage for its Live Artist Showcase, happening from 7-10 pm, highlighting the talents of local artists.

Rhythms at The Skylark

Later in the evening, The Skylark features bands like Royal Blunder, Mourning Watch, and Square Peg starting at 8 pm. Patrons can enjoy live music with a $10 cover charge.

Revelry Room's DJ Beats

Dance the night away at the Revelry Room with a DJ spinning tracks from 9 pm to 1 am, perfect for those looking to immerse in the nightlife.

Make It Loud at Southgate Roller Rink

The Southgate Roller Rink offers a unique experience by combining skating with live music. From 9 pm to midnight, visitors can skate to the sounds of KLED, No Edits, and Laser Beans. Entry is $18, with an additional $5 for skate rentals.

Karaoke Night at Talarico's Pizzeria

Rounding off the night, Talarico's Pizzeria hosts a karaoke session from 10 pm onwards, allowing guests to belt out their favorite tunes.
