Illenium to Headline an Anticipated Show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Published March 19, 2024

The highly acclaimed Denver-based DJ and producer known as Illenium is set to headline the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre on May 14. This performance comes after a hugely successful event that took place in 2023 at Empower Field at Mile High, marking the largest concert by a Coloradan artist within the state's borders.

Rising Star in the EDM Sky

Illenium, whose real name is Nick Miller, has been on an impressive upward trajectory, partly owing to fruitful collaborations and remixes involving big names like Lana Del Rey, the Chainsmokers, Said the Sky, and Travis Barker. Furthermore, Illenium’s “Trilogy: Colorado” concert in June 2023 made history as the biggest headliner EDM event in the United States, as reported by Billboard.

A Contrast in Venue Sizes

Despite the massive turnout at his previous show, the upcoming Red Rocks event will take place in a much smaller venue with a capacity of 9,545, a stark contrast to Empower Field's 76,000 spectators. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that tickets for the May concert will sell quickly, echoing the experiences of many music enthusiasts who've recently scrambled to secure spots for Red Rocks events.

Ticket prices for the all-ages Red Rocks concert range from $70 to $130, excluding service fees. Prospective buyers should be prepared for a pre-sale starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, leading up to the general sale beginning at the same time on Friday, March 21.
